Intensives

Spring Edible and Medicinal Plants Intensive

There is a secret garden full of nutrition and medicine right in the native forests of your own backyard! Knowing how to harvest and prepare them is truly a gift to yourself and your family. Native wild plants are some of the most nutrient dense foods you can obtain, and best of all, they’re free!

Fall Edible and Medicinal Plants Intensive

This hands on experiential intensive is more advanced than our Fall Wild Edible Workshop and will follow Edible and Medicinal Plants of the Pacific Northwest Temperate Rain Forest in the Fall season as they make their appearance. By following the plants into the Fall in two separate workshops, we are able to cover each plant more intimately, rather than trying to introduce everything in a single weekend.
